		<description>Thanks for the tip, this is something that I have been struggling with. I especially like the tip on orientation of your head with respect to the water level......that makes total sense, keeping your head up too much would cause your back to arch and force your hips and legs down....awesome.....yup....newbie..</description>

		<description>Breathing has always been a problem for me. Your advice on keeping air in your lungs for longer and breathing out quickly just before the next breath makes total sense. Why didn&#039;t I think of this? It&#039;s made a huge difference on my buoyancy and I find I&#039;m not fighting for breath. Thanks for the great advice Janet.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m planning on competing in my 1st ironman event soon.  It will actually be my 1st triathlon as well.  I&#039;ve ran 2 recent marathons in respectable times and the accomplishment was awesome.  However, I want more.  Is there any training program out there for a beginner ironman?</description>
